In the role of Water/Wastewater Treatment Project Manager, we'll count on you to:
- Function as a Project Manager, and be responsible for executing projects and managing and developing multidiscipline teams, utilizing business systems and project management tools
- Build team technical expertise and design production capacity through recruitment, staff development and training
- Lead and mentor junior staff
- Participate in leadership for technical service functions and support the development of services in utility planning, asset management, and Water/Wastewater facilities planning and design.
- Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
- Implement QA/QC procedures
- Perform other duties as needed Some regional/national travel will be expected
- BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Water/Wastewater treatment design
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Microsoft Office Suite experience is required
- Must have excellent communication, leadership and planning skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment
- Must have strong skills in preparing client presentations, project memoranda, and reports
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
- MS in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline preferred
- Local candidates are preferred
- Texas PE license or E.I.T
