- Project management and develop business initiatives integral to developing teams to support system RSS - change requests for the NWS2 Global Warranty systems and iN Warranty Claims Portal.
- Assist in managing the Warranty systems and analyze warranty data for correct dealer submissions for accuracy.
- Assist in keeping warranty in compliance to all 50 state statues and act as a liaison between HNA legal and the NWS2 team.
- Assist in managing monthly reporting to management.
- Facilitate any Warranty systems projects and assist in building yearly project theme sheets.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Management, IT or equivalent work-related experience.
- Knowledge of AHM Service Operations, Warranty claims processes & guidelines.
- Understanding OEM Dealership Repair Orders, and IT systems.
- Ability to understand and work with legal team on state statute interpretation and application for AHM objectives such as retail parts mark-up, and labor rates.
- Must be multi-tasked oriented, flexible and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with others in a fast-paced team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze and maintain complex data.
- Strong computer system/relational database knowledge, with emphasis on analytics and technical knowledge of Honda/Acura automobiles. Ability to review automotive OEM Repair Orders

- Ability to support requests from Dealerships, Field Personnel, Managers, Executive Management.
