Warehouse Customer Service

Specialty Bolt & Screw (SBS) provides inventory management solutions to original equipment manufacturers around the world. We are seeking an individual to join our team and work on-site at one of our customers facilities in the St. Peter, Minnesota area. This person will be assisting with both customer service and inventory management support. Essential Functions

1. Work collaboratively as part of the SBS customer support team and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.

2. Perform inventory control functions including visual checks of products and cycle counts.

3. Unpack and put away shipments in a neat and orderly manner.

4. Answer customer questions and provide assistance as required.

5. Assist the customer with inventory related projects and objectives.

6. Monitor inventory levels, order needed materials, and deliver to the production line.

7. Maintain cleanliness and safe working areas of inventory areas that SBS supports.

Requirements

1. High school diploma required. Experience with inventory, warehouse operations, and customer service a plus.

2. Expertise in MS Office Word and Excel required.

3. Good thinking skills, the ability to solve problems, and ability to multi-task.

4. Well-organized, excellent attention to detail.

5. Positive, professional attitude and ability to effectively work with customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

6. Self-starter and the ability to work with minimal direction.

7. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

8. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Estimated Salary: $22 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
