Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Interact with our valued customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with inquiries, orders, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Warehouse and Driving Duties: Receive, store, and distribute products. Ensure the warehouse is organized, and inventory is maintained accurately. Perform product delivery on a back up basis.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, process orders, and maintain records with precision.
- Shipping and Receiving: Safely load and unload products for shipment. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality guidelines.
- Use of Technology: Utilize various software systems to track orders and inventory.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience required. Customer service experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s license and ability to obtain a medical card.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Forklift operation experience is an advantage.
