As we expand, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Warehouse Operations Supervision:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment to ensure product integrity and safety.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize storage space and minimize carrying costs.
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Assign tasks, set performance expectations, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Inventory Control:
- Implement inventory control procedures to accurately track and manage stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Order Fulfillment:
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor order fulfillment metrics and implement process improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes.
Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that cosmetic products meet the highest quality standards.
- Implement quality checks and inspections at various stages of the warehouse process.
Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to protect warehouse personnel and product integrity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to cosmetics and hazardous materials handling.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Manage and schedule maintenance and repairs for warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, conveyor systems, and pallet racking.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping and receiving activities, and warehouse performance.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. School Diploma or equivalent education level as a minimum requirement.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
