Food Manufacturing Facility Is Looking for A warehouse Supervisor:
Without food manufacturing experience candidates will not be considered for the position
MUST HAVE food manufacturing experience ( 3 years minimum)
Continues improvement management experience
Proven ability to innovate and improve upon existing processes and procedures

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Must Know how to drive forklift and standup reach
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate Inventory, units of measures etc
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Responsibilities
Proper receiving of material
Ability to pull ingredients for production
Ability to perform spot checks and post-production reconciliations
Coordinates activities Manufacturing production lines by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors
The position will be involved creating and implementing a variety of projects, which will improve capacity, productivity, and product quality
Yield monitoring and enhancement
Weight control compliance
Continous Improvement
Communicate any concerns to other departments
Plant Safety ensure that proper safety standards are enforced
Coordinates agendas for weekly operations team meetings
Attend all scheduled meetings as requested by the Company
Evaluate processes and methods; recommend measures to improve production methods equipment performance, utilization of people, and quality of product
Conduct/facilitate ongoing facility gap assessments around continuous improvement efforts to include Zero Based Analysis
Reviews production orders to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations
Prepares operational schedules and coordinates manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications
Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
Inspects machinery and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards
Training program: Coordinate and enforce Training Programs, including but not limited to new hire training procedure, new equipment training, and monthly Safety & GMP training
Needs to be available to work on weekends and different shifts as needed
