Soles Enterprises Inc., located in Brandon, SD, Soles Enterprises, Inc. is a fast-growing company that specializes in selling, installing, and repairing industrial tarps used to cover and protect commodities. We are seeking a Data Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing data, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations.
As a Data Operations Coordinator, you can expect to:
Data Management:
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Run necessary database updates as needed.
- Analyze and interpret data to generate reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
- Implement data quality control measures to ensure integrity and consistency.
- Audit the sales process by accurately tracking existing sales, vendor PO’s, order confirmations to ensure all sales are executed as promised.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Prepare payroll data
Office Operations:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Enhance office efficiencies where needed.
- May be asked to assist in organizing company events, or customer appreciation events.
Communication and Collaboration
- Collaborate with various teams to support their data and administrative needs.
- Communicate effectively within the organization and externally as needed.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements for this role:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills and capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Knowledge of administrative & clerical procedures and systems, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet, etc.
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- 2+ years of similar experience OR Associate's Degree.

Pay/Hours:
- Full-time; 40 hours per week (can be flexible with this)
- Starting hourly wage $23.00-$35.00/hour, based on experience.
