Your mission: ensure the seamless delivery of intermediate and finished fragrance products, aligning perfectly with our production specifications, schedules, and unwavering standards of quality, safety, and service. Position: Warehouse Supervisor 2nd Shift

Location: Mt. Olive, NJ

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

What You'll Do:

• Lead Union employees in optimizing inventory operations, covering movement, replenishment, re-supply, and shipments.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Stable Operation methods to enhance overall output.
• Utilize SAP expertise to ensure smooth material movement between plants and offsite warehouses, applying reports and transactions.
• Analyze material movement processes using SAP insights, driving continuous improvements.
• Monitor global material movements, generating necessary reports to affiliates.
• Oversee daily operations, including Receiving, Shipping, third-party warehouse management, Packing, and Givaudan offsite warehouse operations.
• Prioritize efficiency to deliver materials promptly, meeting manufacturing demands.
• Provide feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Administer union contracts, ensuring a harmonious and compliant work environment.
• Enhance SAP tools for flexible workforce allocation, implementing Lean Six Sigma improvements for enhanced daily warehousing performance.
• Contribute to cross-departmental improvement projects, participating in teams like the Safety Leadership Council.
• Refine logistic processes for ISO compliance, optimizing SAP for efficiency, and creating tools to reduce material handling. Ensure safety and environmental compliance, providing staff training on procedures.

Your Professional Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of practical experience in distribution, material handling, and warehousing operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, logistics software, and "just in time" operational principles.
• Intimate familiarity with Lean Six Sigma philosophy, terminology, and tools applications.
• Proficiency in managing personnel and equipment for the movement of drums weighing up to 1600 lbs.
