Job Description
- Safely operate company vehicles less than 10,000 lbs. for customer deliveries, transfers or assigned maintenance
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with product for customer deliveries and transfers. Inspect stock for damage.
- Use RFID equipment to scan product in and out for customer deliveries, transfers, and will call.
- Timely follow delivery route and time schedules to deliver product and receive returns.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
- Monitor and maintain branch performance goals/standards utilizing KPI’s and other metrics.
- Assist with recruiting and training staff at the branch.
- Oversee the overall safety and security of branch and branch employees, making sure everyone uses machinery properly, maintains workstation and branch clean.
- Identify priorities and shifts resources to ensure completion of daily objectives.
- Interact and assist customers during delivery and at will call.
- Process/record payments and input data into ordering system.
- Performs cycle counting on assigned items in order to keep accurate records of inventory.
- Handles product safely while limiting breakage and maintaining KPI objectives.
- Performs tasks such as picking, stocking and counting inventor while working at heights of 25-30 ft, or more.
- Perform opening and closing functions of the branch as assigned.
- Supervise employees over daily tasks and conduct.
- Enforce policies and procedures and maintain consistency.
- Help to ensure efficient inventory control, managing deliveries, inspecting inventory, maintaining inventory records.
- Interact with company employees and customers while demonstrating a high level of professionalism including mutual trust and respect.
- Assist to coordinate branch activities to ensure smooth operation of branch.
- Additional duties may be assigned.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and safety.
- Experience with both fleet and MHE safety and maintenance.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and manage interruptions to meet deadlines in a fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and OR other equipment safely. and in accordance with organizational procedures.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Pass and maintain forklift certification required
- Forklift Training required
- 2+ years of warehouse or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years of delivery driving experience or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver’s License strongly preferred
- Valid CMV DOT Medical Card preferred
