Warehouse Supervisor

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Compensation: $25-30/hr (Depending on experience)

Type: Full-time (Permanent)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our clients HVAC and Plumbing company. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and smooth operations of our warehouse facility. Your primary responsibility will be managing inventory, organizing storage, shipping and receiving, and coordinating the movement of HVAC and plumbing equipment, supplies, and materials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility, ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory checks.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize productivity and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth coordination of inventory and timely order fulfillment.
• Streamline warehouse operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and warehouse productivity.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines and work towards cost-effective management of warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role in the HVAC and Plumbing industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
