Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly dependable and reliable individual to join our team as a Wedding Event Driver and Logistics Specialist. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for efficient transportation to and from wedding events, inventory, maintenance, communication and providing valuable support for event setup and teardown.
Responsibilities:
Transportation and Logistics:
· Responsible for loading and unloading the truck for each event to and from the home the base.
· Ensure timely and efficient transportation of event supplies to and from wedding venues.
· Stock supplies for each event, ensuring all necessary items are loaded onto the truck.
· Act as a runner during events, addressing any last-minute needs or requests.
· Comfortable to parallel park.
· Pick up and return of rental items as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance:
· Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
· Conduct routine maintenance checks on the company vehicle to ensure optimal performance (example: air pressure on tire, oil change, filling up gas and other basic checks).
· Report any issues promptly and coordinate with the management team for repairs.
Cleaning and Organization:
· Manage the washing of fabric and laundry associated with events.
· Clean and organize storage spaces, bins, decorations, arches, supplies.
· Maintaining a systematic approach for easy access to supplies.
Inventory Management
· Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies.
· Order supplies
· Perform basic repairs on broken items or equipment’s to ensure everything is in working order.
· Perform inventories of supplies for event
· Complete and submit missing/broken/repair form.
Communication
· Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
· Keep management informed about the overall health and status of ongoing projects.
· Ensure essential needs are communicated efficiently.
· Regularly communicate updates, changes, and important information to key members (Optional).
· Act as a liaison between team members and management to address and resolve issues promptly (Optional).
Technology
· Utilize basic technology skills to load music.
· Print event forms as required.
· Charge equipment required for an event.
· Replace batteries of equipment
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
· Work comfortably in various weather conditions.
Event Setup and Teardown Support:
· Serve as a backup for event setup and teardown teams, ensuring seamless execution.
Qualifications:
Dependable and reliable with a strong sense of timeliness and speed. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Basic technology background for loading music and handling event-related forms. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic event environments.

Possess basic repair skills for quick fixes on event supplies, showcasing the ability to troubleshoot and address issues promptly to ensure the smooth flow of events.
Flexibility:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends, to accommodate the dynamic schedules of events and provide support as needed.
Good Driving Record:
Maintain a good driving record, exemplifying responsible and safe driving practices, ensuring the safe transportation of event supplies to and from venues.

Additional Qualifications:
Urine Drug Testing:
Ability and willingness to undergo urine drug testing as part of the pre-employment screening process and adhere to a drug-free workplace policy.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.50 per hour
