What is the job?

Our Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate works with our Parts team and our Sales teams receiving orders, shipping out orders, processing invoices in our system/verifying. Put away stock orders, assist with bin parts for upcoming jobs, follow up on orders, track orders. Receive and prepare larger shipments for freight hauling.

Standard daily tasks include:

Respond to emails and provide status updates to customers

Shipping and Receiving

• Prepare parts and equipment for standard boxing and freight shipments and coordinate with vendors to load/unload
• Operate material handling equipment: forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Receive, store, and ship various stock in accordance with established procedures, including checking for accurate shipments
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies, ordering replacement materials as needed

Inventory Management

• Inventory control processes: routine inventory cycle counts, tracking and reporting
• Follow inventory control procedures

The position requires:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1-2 years work experience, especially with exposure to parts or warehouse processes
• Excellent computer skills
• Effective time management skills
• Detail oriented individual
• Ability to safely drive a forklift

This position will be based in our Poway office and work from the office to allow for collaboration between team members.
