ETI Solid State Lighting – Warehouse Shift Lead
Position Summary: Elevate your career as the Weekend Order Processing Supervisor, where you will lead the charge in efficiently processing weekend orders with a remarkable one-day turnaround. Take on a pivotal role by supervising the weekend pick/pack team and ensuring seamless order fulfillment, from receiving orders in the system to packaging, labeling, and preparing for shipping.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
Technological Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in essential computer applications (Word, Excel, Adobe) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to streamline order processing.
Forklift Operation: Execute precise inventory management through proficient operation of a stand-up forklift.
Order Fulfillment Expertise: Utilize extensive picking/packing experience to contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of the order fulfillment process.
Problem-Solving Aptitude: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during order processing.
Leadership Excellence: Supervise the weekend pick/pack team, providing effective leadership to ensure a collaborative and productive work environment.
Adherence to Instructions: Maintain a keen attention to detail to accurately interpret and follow instructions for order fulfillment.
Mandated Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience, showcasing effective leadership skills.
Forklift Certification (Standing): Possession of a valid certification for operating a standing forklift.
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin, demonstrating bilingual capabilities.
Prior experience in FedEx parcel shipping or similar parcel shipping operations.
Other Requirements:
Additional leadership experience is a plus.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe, and some Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
Stand-up forklift experience or a willingness to undergo training.
Previous experience in picking/packing roles.
Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with FedEx parcel shipping is preferred.
