CamoAg is a vertical SaaS company with a focus on the agriculture sector. The Company provides a geospatial platform with solution sets for ag intelligence and workflow management. CamoAg is used by agricultural lenders, farmland investors and managers, appraisers, brokers, and other agribusinesses.

What you might be working on:
- Technical leader of Engineering projects including design, technical scoping and implementation of data products and features.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, including:
- ETL/ELT pipelines for internal and external data sources to/from Snowflake, Amazon RDS, and other sources and destinations
- Ensure secure movement of data between platforms and services
- Build data quality assurance steps for new and existing pipelines
- Work on analytics ready datasets to power internal and customer facing tools
- Troubleshoot issues when they arise, working directly with internal data consumers
- Automate pipeline runs with scheduling and orchestration tools
- Provide guidance on tools, processes and architecture related to data and data pipelines
- Work closely with engineering, business and product teams to deliver data outputs that satisfy business requirements
- Enforce data governance policies and practices to maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations. Collaborate with data governance and security leads to implement robust data protection mechanisms and access controls
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of Data Engineering experience
- Expertise using Snowflake and incorporated data pipelines
- Proficiency with SQL in RDBMS solutions
- Proficiency using columnar databases
- Expertise using modern data tools and platforms
Nice to haves:
- Expertise in AWS cloud platform
- Experience supporting ML projects/pipelines
- Familiarity with IaC solutions/practices (Terraform)
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language
