Warehouse Operations Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse management team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to efficiently schedule daily shipment tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of shipment schedules.
• Thoroughly check paperwork and shipments for accuracy, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of inventory and shipments.
• Follow and adhere to client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Warehouse Operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and protocols.
• Communicate any issues or challenges promptly to facilitate effective decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Warehouse Operations or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in data entry and working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
