What This Position Is About:
You will be leading the warehouse team by managing warehouse and logistics, including contact with freight forwarders regarding type of services, prices and fulfillment of services and internal/external warehousing
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for staffing, incl. operational headcount resources, workcenter based staffing plan (APSP) and training of all Warehouse employees. Responsible to ensure a work climate and environment to prevent accidents, minimize the illness rate and according to JTI Code of Conduct.
- Overall responsible for Warehouse standards for all installed logistic equipment and vehicles according to ISO/EHS and 5S processes and programs.
- Overall responsible to ensure safety and security according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 and support continuous improvement process of our management systems, Swiss laws, rules, processes, subprocess, descriptions and specific JTI-instructions and directions. Ensure training and instructions for all department employees incl. proofs with related AAUs to minimize accidents, department illness rate and therefore factory cost.
- Ensure the compliance to the JTI Management Systems and respective duties in the department as well as the cooperation on the continuous improvement process of 5S and Kaizen activities.

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements:
- Commercial Degree in Business Administration
- Experience Logistics and Warehousing area, preferably in a multinational company.
- English
- Experience of logistics processes and customs requirements. Knowledge of local, regional and international suppliers for freight forwarding and warehousing. Process and solution oriented, organization and communications skills.
- Utilization and analyses techniques for Logistics activities. MS Office tools and SAP is an asset.
