Responsibilities include but are not limited to performing a variety of general warehouse duties and maintaining a neat and orderly warehouse by performing the following duties. This role will involve overseeing operations in Bend, OR along with a sister warehouse located in Eugene, OR.
Location: Redmond, OR
Pay: $25 Hour
What you’ll do:
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
- Staging inventory for upcoming installations.
- Responsible for daily shipping and receiving duties.
- Communicate with technicians when inventory ordered has been received.
- Communicate with scheduler when all inventories for an installation have been received.
- Perform all inventory transfers in database system and physical location.
- Work with Purchasing Manager on RMA process to ensure timely closure.
- Oversee the locked inventory cage.
- Assist with mid-year and year-end physical inventories.
- Load and unload trucks for technicians before and after installation.
- Pick up parts at local vendors as needed.
- Occasionally take materials to dump or scrap yard as directed.
- Responsible for the safe operation and basic maintenance of forklift and other material handling equipment.
- Due to the nature of this dual-location role, there will be occasional travel requirements.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
What you bring:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
1-2 years of warehouse experience
Forklift experience.
Ability to move and/or lift to 50lbs occasionally and up to 100lbs with assistance.
