Inventory Management
1. Managing DC's, stock levels and assembly needs
2. Managing the Fishbowl Inventory System
3. Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages
4. Document deliveries and shipments to update inventory
5. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels and adjustments
6. Evaluate new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipment
7. Perform monthly analysis to predict potential inventory problems
8. Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus
9. Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals
10. Research on new vendors and suppliers
Sales
1. Meet or speak with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
2. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
3. Oversee all retail, wholesale and private label sales by communicating the process from purchase to delivering products
Marketing
1. Assist CEO with marketing needs
2. Occasionally create graphics for our website
3. Attend Marketing meetings with 3rd party marketing company
HR
1. Oversee, refine and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
2. Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process
4. Execute the training for all new personnel in all department
5. Nurture a positive working environment
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Report to management and provide decision support8. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource managment
Accounting
1. Executing the CFO's company's financial strategy
2. Managing accounting procedures
3. Create a bookkeeping system
4. Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
5. Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
6. Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into system
7. Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
8. Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
9. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc
10. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
11. Maintaining historical records
12. Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
13. Paying vendors by scheduling wire transfers and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance
14. Continuing to improve the payment process
Admin
1. Executing, establishing and carrying out organizational or departmental procedures, goals and policies
2. Oversee all clerical and administrative personnel
3. Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines and projects for all departments
4. Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom and kitchen
5. Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards
6. Manages the maintenance and repair of all machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical system
7. Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
8. Keep records and reports up to date
9. Help maintain the budget plan
10. Organize and schedule meetings and events
11. Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
12. Managing and keeping track of all legal documents such as NDA
13. Organizing and maintaining documents for GMP & Organic audit requirements
IT
1. Oversee all IT issues in the warehouse and provide creative solutions
2. Oversee website management and communicate issues to IT personnel
