This role will partner extensively across the organization with the PBNA Division ERP project team, baseline business leaders, IT organization, Global Template Team and with the various external partners on the project (IBM and SAP).
The foundation of this role will require involvement in System Testing, development of Training Material, Site Readiness Activities, and Deployment responsibilities in Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations, Inventory Management, and GTM.
The position requires the utilization of PBNA (Pepsi Beverage North America) business process knowledge and PBNA Manufacturing and/or Warehouse Management System knowledge to link the warehouse and inventory execution processes. Organizational impact is concentrated in areas listed below but not limited to:PBNA Warehouse Cycle of Operations, Manufacturing Cycle of Operations, and GTM Cycle of Operations.
This position will oversee all Warehouse Operations in Youngstown, with a team of 4 Direct Reports (2 Supervisors and 2 Checkers) and 30 loaders/indirect reports.
- Partner with the Division to provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within Manufacturing Operations
- Be able to lead adoption and change management, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability.
- Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project
- Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality – includes Design/Build, Configure/Test, & Deployment
- Lead end user training
- Lead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Lead site mapping exercises at PBNA Plants and Warehouses.
- Identify S4/EWM gaps vs PBNA requirements, propose solutions, and develop action plans.
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA ERP Project Leadership
- Lead business readiness reviews.
- Lead Deployment & post go-live support
- Reach out to external consultants (Subject Matter Experts) and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years in bottling operations in Warehouse and/or Inventory capacity
- Solid understanding of Warehouse Cycle of Operations, Inventory Management and WMS logic
