EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY! We are looking to hire an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee cooks performing food preparation and execution.
The Kitchen Manager’s responsibilities are to study recipes, create and expand menus, optimize staff productivity, and serve as a replacement in team members’ absences. We are looking for someone who is very HANDS-ON in the kitchen. Our company works as a team so we need someone who is a team player.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensure promptness, freshness, and quality of dishes
- Coordinating cooks’ tasks
- Training kitchen staff, such as cooks, food preparation workers, and dishwashers
- Obtaining feedback on food and service quality
Requirements:
- TEAM PLAYER
- Hands-on
- Creating a great working environment for all BOH employees
- Management of Inventory and Order Guides
- Maintaining Recipe Books, Order Guides, Prep Manuals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
