Warehouse Manager

For past 30 years, our company has been growing rapidly across New England, which has created an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager based out of the Needham, MA office. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated, hard working and has a "get it done" attitude. We are looking for someone who will be working in the warehouse along with driving full time.

Daily Duties

• Count and verify physical product received and compare to packing lists
• Inspect freight for possible damage and notate damage on delivery forms
• Pick and stage orders required for multiple job-sites across Massachusetts
• Coordinate logistics of all departing and arriving shipments
• Inventory management using various software
• Perform general maintenance throughout office and grounds
• All other duties as assigned
• Help create and implement new operations systems for the warehouse and ensure that they are maintained.

Requirements:

In this position, as with most in our organization, the primary requirement is a "can do" attitude and willingness to work hard. However there are a few non-negotiable requirements that will help someone to excel in this position:

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• General working knowledge and comfort using the computer; specifically email and Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to learn new technology as required
• Knowledge and experience using hand tools
