About Quilling Card LLC:

Based out of Framingham, Massachusetts, Quilling Card produces and distributes greeting cards.

Our handmade designs are all crafted by the team of talented artists we have in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our corporate offices and warehouse are currently located in Framingham, Massachusetts, we have plans to move into a new office space in Holliston, Massachusetts in Spring 2024. This is where daily business operations are conducted and shipped from.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our thriving, busy team.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Manage warehouse activities including daily shipping priorities, receiving, and tracking orders for wholesale, and all Key Accounts

· Coordinate with Vietnam team/factories and forwarders in USA to arrange for inbound and outbound shipment including internation shipping to Canada and within USA.

· Supervise fulfilment team of 3-4 subordinates. Define tasks for each team member, develop and coach the team on going job training basis.

· Manage inventory including replenishment, adjustment and advise the sales team and management team on the slow stock/fast moving stocks and discrepancy if any. This is for both retail and wholesale.

· Trouble shoot fulfillments and shipping related problems and communicate with internal team (wholesale/retail) and customers as needed.

· Report to Operation Manager

· Receive incoming material, unpack, and stock shelves.

· Manage and purchase shipping and packing materials.

· Additional tasks as needed.

· Lean Management for the warehouse and shipping areas.

Since we are a small team, we often assist with tasks outside of our primary roles. We need someone who shares the entrepreneurial spirit and is willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, College degree preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management
• 2 years of professional warehouse work experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and works well under pressure.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and frequently move boxes 17-50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
