ABOUT THE JOB | The Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating the activities of all warehouse employees, contact and liaise with customers, oversee the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensure that all items are properly stored in an efficient and orderly manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff.
- Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
- Control and manage inventory.
- Develop and monitor procedures for safety and security of warehouse environment and all goods.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure delivery of products.
- Oversee all warehouse employees, including creating schedules, providing coaching and mentoring, and issuing corrective action when required.
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly.
- Inspect condition of tools and equipment.
- Perform word processing, photocopying, faxing, data entry, scanning, and other administrative duties.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 + years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple high-profile tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
