Job Summary: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for directing workflow of the employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Receives general employee inquiries; works with management to address, as needed.
- Ensure all employees assigned meet productivity
- Oversees the proper completion of job duties
- Assists workers with daily activities, as needed
- Communicates job expectations, processes, procedures, and requirements for new workers. Leads the training of new warehouse workers
- Advises workers on the use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock
- Advises workers on items received, stored, and shipped
- Maintains the equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
- Constantly communicates daily with supervisor on activities
- Follow all safety rules and recommendations Demonstrates a high level of professionalism including mutual trust and respect to all company employees.
- Must be reliable and must be willing to work overtime when needed.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Must follow attendance and Punctuality policy. Consider absenteeism, punctuality, and adherence to specified lunch periods and breaktimes.
- Must work over time when required.
- Good work ethic and can work well with others

Skills and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to manage time and workload to accomplish all necessary task in a timely manner
- Ability to review paperwork and orders to ensure accurate information is passed to other departments
- Ability to communicate concisely via email and phone when needed
- Basic computer skills and data entry
- Basic math skills
- 6 months of Warehouse Lead experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Forklift Certified
