Essential Job Functions:
- Will follow direction from Warehouse Manager/s and Supervisor/s.
- Assist truck drivers delivering goods and picking up orders
- Collect pick up number or delivery numbers and assign dock doors accordingly
- Inspect the received goods of each load, make note of any damaged goods or discrepancies and immediately reporting the information.
- Keep records of all received good, complete fill out receiving form/Generate STO from the SAP system).
- Create a BOL for every order shipped
- Must check all orders for damage goods, quantities, proper labeling and packaging before loading.
- Assist forklift drivers by printing and applying placards/labels on received goods
- Overseeing the handling of products and the supervising the loading and unloading of the same.
- Ensuring the proper labeling, tagging and packaging of products.
- Following all necessary documentation and procedures for shipping and receiving goods.
- Report of any incidents occurred in the warehouse immediately.
- Assist Forklift drivers achieve daily goals on a timely manner.
- Other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2-year experience
- Should have exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of all safety procedures for handling and receiving goods.
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet all necessary deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure individually and as part of a team
Pay Rate: $18.80/hr - $22.12/hr
