As a Warehouse Associate, you will be an integral part of our operations, responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments within the warehouse environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of products while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Responsibilities:
1. Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of contents against shipping documents.
2. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through proper labeling, scanning, and organization of products.
3. Storage: Safely and efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations, utilizing appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
4. Order Picking: Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by selecting the correct items from designated storage areas.
5. Packing and Shipping: Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging items securely and labeling them correctly for transport.
6. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any discrepancies or damages.
7. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking information and inventory adjustments.
8. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
9. Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep warehouse areas clean and organized at all times, including sweeping floors, disposing of debris, and properly storing equipment.
10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, address issues, and optimize workflow efficiency.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
3. Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
7. Good communication skills and working effectively in a team environment.
8. Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
