Form of workCore Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform daily pre-calls and communicate with routing and invoicing departments
- Effectively communicate with Builders, GCs, and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
- Route monitor and remotely assist delivery and installation teams
- Review exit documentation and address discrepancies in real time
- Execute detailed evaluations on appliance installation teams in the field
- Accurately update orders for billing
- Process and prepare freight for shipments/RTVs
- Update inventory daily
- Assist with daily warehouse functions as needed
- Must be able to produce or quickly obtain certification and safely operate clamp truck/forklift and other machinery as required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Dedicated team player
- Time management and organization skills
- Must have reliable transportation is Monday-Friday
- Must be flexible to work overtime and an occasional weekend day Must have clamp truck and general freight handling knowledge
