General Summary
Communicate with internal customers and other departments to document and facilitate the flow of goods into and out of the distribution center. Maintain records on incoming purchase orders and outbound orders including, but not limited to, direct-to-customer orders, retail fulfillments, and events.

- Maintain the Customer First focus through excellence in documenting, tracking, and monitoring the flow of goods into and out of the distribution center.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust across departments through open and interactive communication
- Handle all requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Steward of the Brand:
- Communicate with and support the Customer Service teams to ensure the Lucchese brand is held to the highest standards for our customers through the shipment of goods.
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and effectively with all internal departments, including but not limited to the distribution center, Customer Service, and retail stores.
- Ensure that all documents and internal processes are conducted within policy and align with Lucchese’s values and goals.
Operational Excellence Focus:
- Use computer and online software to ensure that all inventory transactions are completed correctly and accurately reflect physical movements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including physical and systematic records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned outside of the specialty area.
Skills & Abilities Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience, with an understanding of the flow of goods preferred
- Solid math skills, including accurately adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to accurately maintain records.
- Computer literate and comfortable with online software programs and interfaces, preferably NetSuite or Oracle.
- Experience in using Microsoft Office daily, specifically Excel and Excel functions.
- Can work efficiently and accurately under pressure and deadlines.
- Comfortable and willing to embrace change and adapt strategies on the fly
Physical Requirements:
- Walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods.
- Operating computers and looking at monitors for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
