Warehouse Coordinator

Daily Activities Include:

Packing daily orders for all AcCELLerated Biologics customers. This includes receiving, storing, handling, and shipping to physicians, medical groups, and hospitals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping tasks such as manual lifting, packing, taping, labeling, and sorting of all orders received.

• Receive materials coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses accurately and promptly.

• Manage inventory and reports information for reorders and current stock, etc. Rotates inventory.

• Manage inventory of shipping supplies and marketing materials

• Daily use of FedEx and UPS web-based shipping software.

• Verifies the quantity and description of materials received and shipped by checking merchandise against the packing list.

• Review all orders to determine if they were picked and packed correctly.

• Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis.

• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

• Assemble shipping boxes for future packaging needs and break down cardboard for recycling.

• Trash and recycling removal

• Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties

• Document filing

• Collect and distribute mail

• Monitors order emails

Competencies:

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently and have legal INS status.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Current college student, recent college graduate, or 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred

• Be able to identify the products by size, type, style, or product code.

• Solid Processing Skills – must be able to read orders, pick the product(s), and match orders with shipping labels.

• Basic math skills and reasoning skills.

• High School graduate, GED, or equivalent required.

• Ability to understand and execute instructions.

• General understanding of warehouse practices.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to move/lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.

• May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers.

• Wear appropriate clothing for work.
