Job Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator handles and controls warehouse inventory by coordinating the movement of products from production to warehouse to staging for pickup by the Operations Team. This position is essential to the company as you will be responsible for making sure customer orders are accurately fulfilled and on time, that products are received correctly and accurately stored.
Responsibilities:
Keeps warehouse clean and organized
Accepts incoming product shipments and adjusts the storage areas when receiving and getting product ready for pickup
Prepares product for pick-up by verifying location; directing movement to staging area; and resolving problems
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Accomplishes distribution and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Forklift driving knowledge and certification
Discards trash daily to keep office areas and shops area clear of trash
Assist Warehouse Manager with Equipment Inventory
Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including stock management, order fulfillment, and shipping receiving.

Utilize pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other equipment to safely and efficiently move and organize inventory.
Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipment of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to inventory, orders, or shipments.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
Assist in the implementation of warehouse processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Some Solar experience highly desired
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Previous experience working with Inventory analysis
- Must have strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to count accurately and be detailed oriented
- Must be a team player
- Work well unsupervised and be self-motivated
- Strong good computer skills
- Previous experience operating a forklift
- Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Must be able to research and solve problems
- Able to work alone and as part of leading a team
- Must be able to lift weight up to 75 lbs
- Able to lift and reach above your head, bend and twist
- Must be able to stand for more than three hours at a time without a break
- One year of relevant experience required
- High school diploma or the equivalent required
