Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and coordinate response to state and federal regulatory requirements
• Support related policy and compliance initiatives
• Autonomy and individual responsibility to provide solutions-oriented legal/regulatory advice and assistance to business units across the company
• Manage use of outside legal counsel, as necessary
• Provide general support as requested by Chief Regulatory Counsel and General Counsel.
• This position is hybrid and will have an onsite requirement.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor Degree
• License to practice or ability to waive into practice in New York (or preparing to sit for bar exam)
• Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with a variety of business units and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Up to 3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Law review, law journals, judicial internships, moot court, and other extracurricular activities
