- Greet and assist all customers in a polite and timely fashion.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with the use of the self-serve kiosk.
- Process customer credits.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payment and returns.
- Maintain, organize, and keep tidy the customer pick up areas.
- Review and Maintain CAT Invoicing Files
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Answer all emails being sent to the Distribution Center email group.
- High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred.
- Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, Etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate face to face and via email in a patient and positive manner.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Must be detail orientated with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work and multitask in a dynamic, fast paced environment
