Milton CAT is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to fill the open position of Warehouse Clerk in Milford, MA. This position is responsible for providing service, assistance, and instruction to customers in the use of the customer kiosk and the pickup of parts orders as well as performing various clerical duties around the store and warehouse.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist all customers in a polite and timely fashion.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with the use of the self-serve kiosk.
- Process customer credits.
- Handle cash, credit, and check payment and returns.
- Maintain, organize, and keep tidy the customer pick up areas.
- Review and Maintain CAT Invoicing Files
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Answer all emails being sent to the Distribution Center email group.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
- High school diploma or (GED) equivalent, with college or trade school preferred.
- Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, Etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate face to face and via email in a patient and positive manner.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Must be detail orientated with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work and multitask in a dynamic, fast paced environment
