Amphenol Pcd is looking to add a Warehouse Clerk to our Beverly, MA team!
Job Summary:
Responsible for activities related to inventory control which includes, but not limited to: Perform, calculate and analyze periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Essential Functions:
- Verify counts and transfer parts received from QC, Receiving or Assembly into the proper rack location.
- Provide inventory organization to include re-boxing, organizing, counting and labeling of parts.
- Ensure clean and safe warehouse and storage areas.
- Perform system transactions to issue, un-issue components to a work order and to transfer parts tot he proper inventory location as requested.
- Close shop orders.
- Process DMR's.
- Pull Requests.
- Kits Shop Orders.
- Ensure all negative inventory is adjusted in a timely manner.
- Processes virtual shipments.
- Assists in modyfying the BOM as instructed.
- Process returns to stock from loc 110.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Strong computer experience with good knowledge of Excel and ERP system, knowledge of Macola ERP a plus.
- Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to recognize erroneous date.
Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to stand for entire scheduled shift.
- Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to climb, lift, bend, stoop, squat, and twist.
- Must have the ability to understand and follow department and company policies and procedures.
Years' Experience:
- 3-5 years (desired) in a manufacturing or assembly environment with direct experience as a material handler or inventory clerk.
Required Education:
- HS degree or equivalent.
