Warehouse Clerk

Amphenol Pcd is looking to add a Warehouse Clerk to our Beverly, MA team!

Job Summary:

Responsible for activities related to inventory control which includes, but not limited to: Perform, calculate and analyze periodic physical inventory counts and cycle counts.

Essential Functions:

• Verify counts and transfer parts received from QC, Receiving or Assembly into the proper rack location.
• Provide inventory organization to include re-boxing, organizing, counting and labeling of parts.
• Ensure clean and safe warehouse and storage areas.
• Perform system transactions to issue, un-issue components to a work order and to transfer parts tot he proper inventory location as requested.
• Close shop orders.
• Process DMR's.
• Pull Requests.
• Kits Shop Orders.
• Ensure all negative inventory is adjusted in a timely manner.
• Processes virtual shipments.
• Assists in modyfying the BOM as instructed.
• Process returns to stock from loc 110.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong computer experience with good knowledge of Excel and ERP system, knowledge of Macola ERP a plus.
• Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to recognize erroneous date.

Physical Requirements:

• Must have the ability to stand for entire scheduled shift.
• Must have the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have the ability to climb, lift, bend, stoop, squat, and twist.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow department and company policies and procedures.

Years' Experience:

• 3-5 years (desired) in a manufacturing or assembly environment with direct experience as a material handler or inventory clerk.

Required Education:

• HS degree or equivalent.
