Warehouse Equipment Clerk

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:?To perform the?Warehouse Equipment Clerk?job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Receive new equipment into warehouse, verify packing slip correct, notify proper channels of inconsistencies. Barcode and put in proper location. (Physical)

• Accurately prepares shipment, transfers, and orders daily by pulling, packing, and placing boxes in assigned locations for delivery or pickup.? Assists loading trucks as needed.?

• Verifies all product SKUs are correct prior to shipping.

• Evaluating used equipment with Equipment Lead, barcoding, placing in proper location.

• Pull equipment for outgoing installs, place in the designed area.

• Incoming and outgoing UPS shipments. Pack, label, and stage.?

• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.

• Dispose obsolete and unrepairable equipment (physical)

• Operates a forklift and electric hand jack safely and efficiently, performs vehicle safety checks and reports issues to supervisor.? Ensure all equipment is stored at the end of the shift.?

• Maintain organizational standards - workspace, paperwork, etc.

• Assist with any inventories, including vans, warehouse, parts cage, as well as spot checks throughout the year.

• Assist with refurbishing equipment as needed.

• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet, shipping and workstation areas neat and operating efficiently.? This includes breaking down boxes and emptying the trash.

• Follows all safety procedures and participates in safety training. Maintains safe and efficient use of equipment, tools, and person. Reports any injury or accident immediately to supervisory and/or any unsafe condition.

• Supports food safety, quality and legality.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Education and Experience:?The minimum requirements below are representative of the education and experience required to perform this job successfully.

• High school diploma or GED

• A minimum of two years of warehouse experience working on coffee, tea and beverage equipment or related field preferred

Qualification/Skills:?The skills listed below are representative of the technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills required to meet the job qualifications for this position.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

• Positive, customer service attitude and a team player

• Reliable with the ability to work weekends/holidays as needed

• Attention to detail with good organizational skills

• Technology proficiency

• Good communication skills, verbal and legible handwriting
