SUMMARY:
Work as a member of a team responsible for receiving palletized products to keep the warehouse stocked with goods for future delivery to customers. Load and unload trucks, carts, and pallets and move products. Restocks the warehouse. Keeps warehouse clean and safe when shortfalls are observed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push 60+ pounds, bend over, reach above head, and kneel.
- The ability to operate a stand-up reach truck is REQUIRED for this position.
- Ability to operate a powered pallet jack and a sit-down forklift (Clamper truck operational experience a plus).
- Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
- Restock and replenish as appropriate.
- Ability to operate an RF scan system to track pallet barcodes throughout the Warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
- Utilize computer system to receive incoming orders.
- Utilize computer system to put received product away.
- Establishes and maintains effective work relationships within the department, the Company, and the community; and maintains the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities.

- Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work.
- Performs such individual assignments as management may direct.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Projected hours Tues-Fri 11a-7p, Sat 5a-12:30p
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
- 6 months’ experience in a warehouse setting
- 1 year experience on a stand-up reach truck (Preferred)
Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and communicate one on one with team and supervisors.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions; Competent at problem solving.
Certification, Licenses, Registrations
- Forklift Certification-ability to obtain and maintain safety certification in compliance with company policy.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Requires the ability to work in freezer, cooler and dry conditions for long periods of time.
