The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the behind-the-scenes responsibilities and duties of ACP CreativIT, Citon, NetTel, NetGuard, and Telcologix (TLX) are completed to the satisfaction of Warehouse Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving merchandise for Citon, NetTel, NetGuard, and TLX
- Delivering merchandise for Citon, NetTel, NetGuard, and TLX
- General maintenance for Citon, NetTel, NetGuard, and TLX
- Cutting sleeves for NetTel
- Painting Fireproof boards for NetTel and NetGuard
- Fueling of Company Vehicles for Citon and NetTel
- Loading and Unloading Company Vehicles for NetTel
- Coordinating Deliveries, such as toners and other miscellaneous items for Citon
- General Upkeep for the building and grounds, i.e., Mowing the grass, shoveling, etc.
- Tracking Inventory for Citon, NetTel, NetGuard, and TLX
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance for Citon, NetTel, and NetGuard
- Coordinating with technicians on deliveries for Citon, NetTel, NetGuard and assist with NetTel orders.

- To perform job successfully, individual must demonstrate the following competencies:
- Detail-oriented, with an understanding of part numbers, inventory quantities and how it applies to project orders.
- Must be able to multitask, problem solve and communicate with AV Install, operations, and sales teams.
- Must have great attention to detail with data and will be trained on
Connect Wise and NetSuite. Basic knowledge of using and operating warehouse computer (Microsoft Office, email using Outlook)
- Ability to operate forklift.
- Warehouse or supply chain experience preferred.
- Physical requirements include lifting to 70lbs (35 lbs. repetitively); extensive walking; and pushing carts and pallet jacks up to 300lbs on occasion.
Knowledge, Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
