Warehouse Associate

At Badger Tire & Wheel, we assemble, pick, pack and ship tires, wheels, fenders, lighting, wiring and component parts for all types of personal use trailers, ATV’s, golf carts, snow mobiles and more. We are conveniently located off Hwy 60 in Jackson, WI next to I-41 & I-45, and we are a proven leader in the recreational trailer tire, wheel, and components market for 28 years.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will be cross trained to assemble and mount tires, pick, pack & ship parts, and unload trucks. This allows the ability to switch between the various assembly stations and between the assembly and shipping areas to get the top priority products out the door. The Warehouse Associate works independently and with a team.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Inspect parts
• Mount tires to rims
• Inflate tires
• Balance tire and wheel assemblies
• Stack tires
• Print orders
• Accurately pick parts
• Package orders properly
• Ship orders
• Help unload tire container trucks with the team
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Available Mondays-Fridays 7:30am-4:00pm
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift at least 40lbs without assistance
• Able to stand the majority of the workday in a warehouse environment
• Must be able to ship orders out timely and accurately
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive can-do attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
