Robert Half has partnered with an established non-profit organization in South Portland to locate VP of Finance
or Finance Director for a full-time position with benefits.
The ideal Director / VP of Finance will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field.
- 10+ years experience in non-profit and senior leadership positions.
- Understanding of not-for-profit accounting including, grants, fund accounting, endowments, etc.
- Strategic Finance Planning & Forecasting
- Technology skills, including ERP software and database.
- Management experience, supervising small team.
