What we are looking to add to our team:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Vice President of Talent Solutions for our Grow product. In this role, you will be responsible for owning revenue targets including shaping and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to drive business growth, enhance market positioning, and strengthen our competitive advantage.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and implement our overall GTM Grow business strategy, using a deep understanding of our customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Interact directly with customers and build trusted relationships using industry expertise.
  • Build and communicate maturity models for successful and sustainable customer adoptions and implementations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams for lead generation, prospecting, and deal closures.
  • Work closely with product management to ensure that GTM strategy aligns with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Build and communicate maturity models for successful customer adoptions and implementations.
  • Bring thought-leadership and foster continuous knowledge sharing between product, marketing, sales, and customers, and support communication/feedback channels between these teams. 

You will be a great match if you have:

  • Believe in kindness, gratitude, and curiosity.
  • At least 10 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies, including a background in consulting, or a direct practitioner, ideally both preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing GTM strategies that resulted in business growth and market expansion.
  • Proven experience with brand building, market positioning and differentiation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of product strategy and working with product teams.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Believe in kindness, gratitude, and curiosity.
  • Master's degree or PhD in IO, industrial psychology, or OD preferred.

Base Salary Hiring Range: $205k - $240k annually (variable component separate)
