Form of workCesium has experienced significant growth in 2023 and it's now time to bring in the VP of People and Facility Operations to support our team to enable collective success in a fast moving environment. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a rapidly growing organization where systems and processes are still being put in place.
What you'll do:
- Lead People Operations, Office, and IT. You'll collaborate as part of the cross-functional leadership team
- Champion a culture with core values of innovation, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous learning
- Lead recruiting for a range of functions including software development, product management, business development, and leadership
- Host internal and external events for team building, brand awareness, and to support the local community
- Lead office management for our beautiful headquarters in Old City Philadelphia
- Lead IT across the enterprise for desktop and cloud, hardware, software, and security
- Facilitate DEI initiatives internally and externally
- Support comprehensive and competitive benefits
- Support manager and individual contributor coaching and career development
What we're looking for:
- Success in a dynamic high growth organization such as a venture-backed technology startup or a team that grew quickly in a large company
- 15+ years experience in a leadership role, including personnel management experience
- Proven recruiting success, including recruiting technical talent and leadership roles
- Excellent communication skills to a variety of stakeholders in writing and in person; concise and empathic; can read the room
- No task too small nor too big mindset
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus

This role is full-time in-person in our new headquarters in Philadelphia with some flexibility for remote work.
