Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Multi-Channel Sales with a focus on Commercial and SMB (Small and Medium-sized Businesses) to shape our channel strategy and drive sustainable long-term growth through Channel Sales models (resale, MSP, BPO etc). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in indirect sales, extensive experience in setting up and running SaaS and cloud-based channels in young high-growth companies, and a proven track record of building programmatic SMB channel motions at scale within the technology industry. This role will require a builder mindset, strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global markets and modern channel dynamics, particularly in the context of ai-powered automation platforms.
What you'll do at UiPath:Responsibilities:
- High impact leadership, providing guidance to the indirect sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize partner effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect sales strategy and programmatic approach to land, retain and grow mid-market and SMB customers, leveraging various channels including MSPs, CSPs, and digital selling motions.
- Drive channel growth at scale by establishing and nurturing relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the automation platform ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for UiPath's automation platform tailored to mid-market and SMB customers.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Multi Channel programs, including try-and-buy scenarios and creative models to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in the mid-market and SMB segments.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and potential threats in the Automation landscape.
- Develop and manage channel budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
- Act as a liaison between UiPath and its partners, advocating for their needs and ensuring a positive and productive partnership experience.
- 15+ years of experience in Channel Sales leadership roles within the technology industry, with a focus on SMB and mid-market segments.
- Proven track record of success in driving channel growth and exceeding revenue targets, preferably in the AI, automation or enterprise software space
- Experience building channel routes to market in young, high-growth companies strongly preferred, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to drive towards successful outcomes
- Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud-based business models, with experience in setting up and managing channel programs in these domains.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment by creating structure and managing multiple priorities effectively to drive results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels through influence without authority, and successfully operationalize scalable channel programs
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in the automation ecosystem
- Experience working with global markets and diverse cultures is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with modern channel dynamics and emerging trends, including digital selling motions and partner ecosystems in the context of RPA and automation solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
