Location: Hybrid - Los Angeles, CA
Comp: up to $250K Base + Bonus + LTIP
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for annual budgeting and its planning, as well as leading accounting/finance function
- Establish processes and procedures
- Oversee accounting and financial operations, including tax, treasury asset, and cash flow management
- Participant of the C-Suite Strategic Investment Committee
- Prioritizes work and time/schedule to achieve business objectives.
- Forecasts to anticipate and overcome potential obstacles to success.
- Leads the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
- Utilize ERP to oversee, direct and ensure the integrity, preparation, review, analysis and timely submission of all financial reports for management and financial partners including P&L, cash flow statement and projection, and capital needs.
- Responsible for cash management and strategic planning for all operating areas of the company including tax structure and compliance, both in the US, existing and future international affiliates and/or subsidies.
- Oversee due diligence for proposed transactions and operational contracts, coordinating with outside legal and financial resources when necessary.
- Maintain strong working relationship with principals, senior management, private equity partners, lending institutions, outside auditors and legal counsel. This candidate will be comfortable making presentations to the Senior Leadership team, investors, and the Board of Directors.
- Studies long-range economic trends and projects their impact on future growth in sales and market share.
- Partners with department leaders to consistently implement standards and best operational practices in alignment with Company strategic goals.
