Job Details
The Pastry cook responsabilities will include production of French pastry ; Mille-feuille, Eclairs, Mont-Blanc, Meringues, ganaches, chantilly and chocolate work.
Duties
Maintain a clean and sanitize work station in accordance with Health Department and Angelina standards.
Scaling recipes
Maintain a high level of food quality and standards established by the Pastry Chef
Proper rotation of ingredients
Requirement
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays and weekends.
Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs items.
Must be able to walk/stand for extended period of time.
