Youth and Young Adult Engagement Lead Position
- Support our Red Cross clubs (middle school through college students)
- A Red Cross Club is an extension of a local Red Cross region where you’ll be able to serve the community with your friends while supporting the mission of the American Red Cross
- We have approximately 20 clubs across the Greater Pennsylvania region
- Available during business hours
- Commits to 5-10 hours a week
- Mainly virtual, but can be hybrid if located in PA Rivers or Central PA chapters
- Comfortable with or willing to learn Outlook, volunteer connection (our volunteer management platform), video calling via Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Experience working with youth is a plus but not required
- Comfortable speaking with a group
- Some primary responsibilities:
- Correspond with club leaders and advisors
- Help answer questions on Red Cross and volunteer connection
- Correspond as needed with other lines of service; serve as a liaison with clubs and lines of service
