Volunteer Human Resources Consultant

Fun work, fun people working for a meaningful mission! We are looking for a volunteer HR consultant to help us with special projects. The volunteer HR Consultant will be able to choose which items they choose to work on. The most important item that we need assistance with is Compensation policy review and redesign at affiliate. Other projects are:

-Compensation policy review and redesign at affiliate Mentoring embedded HR specialists some with minimal experience

-Retention and other bonus policies

-Messaging to staff

-Raising staff morale

-Consultation for terminations

• Day shift
• No nights
• No weekends
