Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Starting Pay:$27.00/ hour

Shift(s): 2nd – 4:00 pm – 12:00 am.

Requirements & Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in a quality role
• Strong attention to detail
• Longevity in previous positions is required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in the steel coating or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Must be able to work various shifts in a plant environment
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines

Primary Duties Include:

• Develop rapport & engage with team members to correct quality deviations as they occur
• Provide detailed shift recaps that include root cause of any quality issues that occurred
• Assist as backup to the Production Supervisor
• Work with the Quality Manager to disposition non-conformance
• Responsible for ensuring coatings are applied within spec and to maintain optimum paint usage through daily audits
• Work on the production floor inspecting coils on the line as they are coated
