About OC team:
As part of the OC team (Organization Culture Team), Internal Marketing & Engagement team (OC Event) is the active promoter of ByteDance mission and culture. Our mission is to build and foster a sense of belonging in our workplaces globally and empower our diverse workforce with better awareness, understanding, and identification of ByteDance culture, through company wide events, employee lifecycle moments, office environment, gifts & swags and business level partnerships.
Our team
The Cultural Creativity team is under UED Brand Creative Center, providing services for corporate culture, public welfare, Douyin cultural and creative businesses. We provide creative planning, brand visual design, and cultural and creative product design services, devoted to the creation of meaningful and valuable events and products. Our team possesses abundant cultural and creative resources, pursuing high-quality creative and professional design services to assist in achieving business goals.
Responsibility
1.Responsible for the company’s global cultural design. It's necessary to have a brand mindset, systematic design concepts, and continuously think about breakthroughs in the direction of design creativity.
2.Involved in multiple professional fields, such as brand activities, cultural creativity and video exhibitions, etc. Among them, at least two directions have outstanding professional performance.
3.Familiar with the design process of brand events, able to independently output design strategies and visual solutions, guide team innovation, and solve business pain points through design.
4.Excellent communication skills, able to find business entry points quickly, address the essence of the problem directly , and use design to solve core business problems cleverly .
Qualifications
Main requirements
1.Be familiar with and master international styles and aesthetic preferences. Have more than 3 years of overseas study experience or life background, and certain insights into the preferred styles of the European markets.
2.English is preferred for work communication and Chinese is required for for external market coverage, communication with external stakeholders and content translation.
3.Having good artistic skills and creative abilities, passionate about design and understanding of industry design trends.
