Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Remote School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of students in Lovington, NM. You will work independently, providing psychological services remotely from the fort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide counseling and intervention services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote positive mental health and well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in New Mexico.
- Own liability insurance.
- Successful pletion of basic tech screening.
- Home puter with high-speed internet access.
- fortable working as an independent contractor.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
