Job Title: Virtual Part-Time Special Education Teacher (Gifted Education Focus)

Position Overview: As a Virtual Part-Time Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students with special needs, with a specific focus on gifted learners. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fostering the intellectual and social development of gifted students in a virtual learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for gifted students.
- Conduct virtual assessments to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Utilize innovative teaching strategies to engage and challenge gifted students.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic and personal growth.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico teaching certification in Special Education.
- Specialization or additional certification in Gifted Education.
- Minimum of two years of onsite teaching experience in Special Education.
- Professional supervisor reference demonstrating successful teaching performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
