PRIMARY PURPOSE:
As a Virtual Games Operator, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
- Greet guests and provide guest service
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful disposition towards guests and fellow employees at all times
- Encourage arcade gameplay to guests and knowledgeably answer any questions
- Ensure games are cleaned, adequately equipped, and ready for guest use
- Enforce game rules and ensure appropriate prizes are awarded
- Maintain proper security of all prizes
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Assist with transporting department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and restocking game prizes
- Receive cash and disburse change
